Shipping Policy – Vontoni

Thank you for shopping with Vontoni! We’re based right here in Gilgit-Baltistan, and we ship our bags to customers all across Pakistan. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we get your order to your doorstep.

Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, we usually need 1–2 business days to pack it carefully and hand it over to our courier partner. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During sale seasons (like Eid or year-end discounts), processing may take a little longer since order volume goes up — but we’ll always try our best to keep things moving quickly.

Delivery Time

Since we’re located in Gilgit, delivery times can vary a bit depending on where you are:

Gilgit-Baltistan (local deliveries): 1–2 business days
Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, etc.): 3–6 business days
Other cities and remote areas: 4–8 business days

Please note that weather conditions in the northern areas can sometimes cause delays, especially in winters. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated on your order status.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 on all orders.
Orders above Rs. 3,000 qualify for free shipping across Pakistan.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll share a tracking number with you via SMS/WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier services like TCS, Leopards to make sure your bag reaches you safely and on time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most cities in Pakistan. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to make things easier for our courier partner.

Delays & Issues

We do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but sometimes delays happen due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays — especially given our location in the north. If your order is taking longer than expected, feel free to reach out to us anytime and we’ll check the status for you right away.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before placing an order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unreachable number, we may ask you to pay the re-shipping charges.
