Vontoni is an online store based in Gilgit, Pakistan, selling women’s handbags and accessories. We sell directly through our website, and sometimes through our social media pages (Instagram/Facebook), to customers across Pakistan.
Placing an Order
- When you place an order with us, you’re confirming that all the details you’ve provided (name, address, phone number) are correct and belong to you.
- Once an order is placed, we’ll reach out via call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm it before dispatch. Orders that we’re unable to confirm after repeated attempts may be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, repeated returns without reason, or if an item is no longer in stock.
Pricing
- All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate, but occasionally errors happen (wrong price, wrong description). If we spot a genuine mistake after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before processing the order further.
- Prices may change from time to time without prior notice, but any change won’t affect an order you’ve already placed and confirmed.

- We take real photos of our bags wherever possible, but please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your phone or laptop screen.
Payments
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other methods bank transfer / easypaisa/jazzcash..
